What We Offer:

GV Home Watch offers weekly or bi-weekly visits. We can provide additional services such as managing, meeting, and opening your home to service providers. Additionally, we verify your contractors are showing up and completing their work and we will report back to you. We also provide pre-arrival/post-departure services, and grocery shopping and stocking.

Exterior Check Includes:

  • 360-degree perimeter check
  • Check for storm damage, vandalism, and forced entry
  • Verify all windows, doors and gates are secure
  • Visually check AC units
  • Remove any newspapers, flyers,” door hangers” from driveway and front entry
  • Check for mail and place inside home
  • Visual check for unwanted pests or infestation
  • Ensuring the pool is being serviced and cleaned
  • Visually check the landscape for any obvious issues or any possible irrigation leaks
  • Check external hose bibs for leaks or damage
  • Confirm the exterior lighting is functioning properly
  • Visually check the roof and gutters from ground level
  • Sweep the front entry of any dirt, trash or debris
  • Confirm the patio furniture is in place
  • Visually check garage and verify the garage doors are working properly

Interior Check Includes:

  • Check all windows, doors, ceilings, walls, and floors for signs of damage, water leaks, mold or pest infestation
  • Verify all interior lights are in working condition
  • Check and flush toilets, run water in sinks, tubs, and showers, filling p-traps and checking for leaks
  • Run the garbage disposal
  • Complete a short cycle on the dishwasher and washing machine to clear lines and prevent seals from drying out
  • Checking the HVAC, water heater, and verify the desired temperatures are accurate
  • Check the refrigerator and freezer for proper temperature and operation, including wine coolers
  • Flush the R/O or drinking water lines
  • Check the electrical panel for any tripped breakers
  • Set window coverings and blinds as requested by owner
  • Verify the security system is working properly

Additional Services:

  • Starting or driving golf cart or vehicles.
  • Watering indoor or outdoor plants.
  • Replacing air filters or smoke detectors when needed. Any replacement filters and or batteries will be paid for and provided by the homeowner.
  • Coordinate and meet with contractors, servicemen to get a bid or complete a project. Receiving an important package, we can be there for you when you can’t be.
  • Brand new home buyers: Did you just purchase your home but you aren’t moving in right away? We can be your peace of mind until you move in. We will coordinate with the movers, window blind installers, cable/internet providers, appliance servicemen, furniture delivery, painters, cleaners, utility companies, pool service, pest control, landscapers, or anyone else you request to open your home when you can’t be there yourself.
  • After you leave services? We will remove items left in the refrigerator, take out garbage, and other requests to make your arrival and departure as stress free as possible.
  • Ready to come home? We will prepare your home so that all you need to go is turn on the water when you return. We will stock your fridge with fresh groceries to greet you!
  • Post office mail pick up.

Our Home Watch Visit Reporting

GV Home Watch, uses business management software provided by Home Watch IT.  The reports we send you are professionally produced by us, using cloud-based software that captures the GPS coordinates as well as the time and date that corresponding to the report’s creation.  After completing a visit, we will provide you with our report electronically with descriptions and pictures of any problems we found. You have evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.

Please Call us at 520-235-6594 or  Contact Us .We would be happy to discuss our packages, schedules, and pricing with you. We always prefer meeting potential new clients in-person. Once you decide you would like to use our services, we’ll walk through your home, complete the new client paperwork, and pick up your keys. If you are unable to meet in-person, then we’ll schedule a phone appointment with you and email you our new client paperwork to complete via DocuSign.
