GV Home Watch, is owned and operated by Stefanie Duncan, a native to Green Valley, Arizona.  She and Lucas, her husband of 24 years, have three children and enjoy living in a rural area of Sahuarita. Stef has had her State of Arizona Real Estate license for over twelve years, and for the past three years has worked for a local home builder in new home construction sales. Working with people to build their dream home in the beauty of the southwest, has created a passion for helping homeowners. Living in the area her entire life, she has seen Green Valley continue to grow, and with her knowledge of construction and real estate, she feels GV Home Watch can provide the kind of reliable service that snowbirds and vacationers can depend on in her well-loved community of Green Valley.
