GV Home Watch delivers Peace of Mind at a reasonable price. Stef, the proprietor, makes our annual northern migration worry free. Regular visits to our home yield a detailed report card, including photos, that shows the condition of our property inside and out. I found Steph Duncan and GVHouse Watchers to be a top notch service. For the six months Steph watched my house, her careful attention caught an irrigation leak and a termite problem. We are snowbirds and Stefanie/GV Home Watch has been keeping an eye on our Arizona home when we head north for the summer.  We feel so fortunate to have found her!  She is responsible, incredibly efficient, and detailed.  She sends us concise, monthly home visit reports of exactly what's been done, including pictures of things she knows we'd like to be aware of, along with an email letting us know how things look at the house that month.  She's communicative, friendly, easy to work with, and always shows up when she says she's going to. It eases our minds knowing she's there for us.
