GV Home Watch is locally owned and operated by Stefanie Duncan, a lifelong Green Valley area resident with deep roots in Southern Arizona. Stefanie and her husband, Lucas, have raised their three children in the Sahuarita area and are proud to call this community home.
With many years of experience in Arizona real estate, along with a background in new-home construction sales, Stefanie brings valuable knowledge of homes, construction, and the needs of local homeowners to every property she watches. She understands the unique needs of homeowners who are away from their property for extended periods.
